Order Change Questions

I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible.

Since every order is personalized and made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your purchase. If your artwork has not yet entered production, we may be able to update your order, such as changing the print size or correcting personalization details.

Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Please contact our support team immediately and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

I entered the wrong address. Can I still change it?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address for you.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Every artwork at SnapToonify is created on demand. Once you place your order, we begin creating your personalized AI artwork and preparing it for professional printing specifically for you.

Because each order is custom-made, we are unable to cancel or modify it once production has started.

Please make sure all details, uploaded photos, and personalization requests are correct before completing your purchase.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for accidental purchases, test orders, or changes of mind after production has begun.

If you have any questions, our customer support team will be happy to assist you before you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every order is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or ordering mistakes.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Which items are non-returnable?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalized or custom-made artwork.
Orders created using incorrect photos or personalization details provided by the customer.
Changes of mind after production has started.
Accidental or test orders.

Can I get a refund if the price changes?

We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or store credit if the product price changes after your purchase.

Promotions and discount codes must be applied before the order is completed and cannot be added afterward.

Shipping and Handling

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after production is complete. Express shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your location and the selected product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to customers in many countries. Whenever possible, orders are produced and shipped by a trusted print partner located near the delivery destination.

What materials are your products made from?

We use premium-quality materials to deliver vibrant colors, sharp details, and long-lasting durability.

Depending on the product you select, your artwork can be professionally produced as a canvas, premium poster, framed print, or digital artwork.

What print sizes are available?

We offer a range of print sizes to suit different spaces and interior styles. All available sizes are displayed on the relevant product page.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to become active.

Discount Codes

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the designated discount-code field at checkout and select Apply.

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can be used per order.
